Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund?

Credit purchases are final (Terms 3.1). A generation that fails never costs you: its credit comes back automatically. If a page comes out defective, email us within 24 hours (Terms 3.2). Premium and Unlimited Prints can be cancelled at any time from your receipt.

Do these credits expire?

No! Your purchased credits never expire. You can buy a pack today and use it next year for Easter.

Can I print these for my whole Sunday School class?

Yes! Pages you create are yours: print them as many times as you need, even commercially (Terms 2.1). Pages from the gallery can be printed and shared for your class, church or home (Terms 2.3).

Which plan is right for me?

Printing pages from the gallery? Unlimited Prints lets you print any page as often as you like, for $1.99 a month or $19.99 a year. Making your own pages too? Premium adds 10 credits every month. Only need your own pages now and then (VBS, special events)? Credit packs let you pay once and use them whenever you're ready.
